Shipping policy
Sickoresell offers shipping on orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding bank and national holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery on the next working day.
All orders will require a signature & pin code on delivery, our courier DPD is unable to leave your order in a safe place.
We will make two delivery attempts for your package. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility. In the event of a return, a supplementary delivery fee may be applied for the redelivery of the item.
Please note: Orders cannot be changed, cancelled or modified once they have been placed due to the high volume of orders we process. If you no longer want your order, you can either refuse delivery or return it once it has been received, following our returns policy.
